LISTEN, the healing starts with you. You can MAKE the choice to perpetuate harmful behavior consciously knowing that this choice WILL ABSOLUTELY lead to others being hurt and harmed or worse. YOU can make that choice. You know what that harm and hurt looks and feels like, you’ve experienced yourself, you’ve seen people you love experience it. You are not ignorant. You are not powerless. You can make the choice to perpetuate harm. It’s easy. You don’t even have to do anything. Just refuse to examine you behavior and your surroundings. Keep you head down. Ignore the pain and suffering of others. Don’t empathize. Don’t put yourself in other people’s shoes. And that’s it. Make a choice.
